J. Miguez has been a consultant since 1997 and a professional basketball coach for 38 years. Several times champion in the professional league and winner of other basketball competitions, he was also national coach and stood out nationally and internationally between 1978 and 1998 when training the F.C. Porto for 17 years.
He conducts conferences and seminars for top and middle managers on leadership and teamwork.
He has international specializations in the areas of change management, executive coaching and coaching winning teams (respectively, in the USA, UK and Belgium). He currently participates in Post-Graduations, Master’s and MBA’s at Porto Business School.
J. Miguez wrote more than 20 books in the areas of leadership and team building.
